New Jersey Law Firm Group Job Fair

Each year, the New Jersey Law Firm Group sponsors a job fair for diverse* law students, during which member law firms and agencies are introduced to students who are registered, rising second or third year law students attending one of New Jersey's three law schools. During the fair, member organizations have the opportunity to interview students for summer and/or full-time employment. The job fair has traditionally been held at the Rutgers School of Law-Newark or the Seton Hall University School of Law.  If you have any questions or would like more information regarding the job fair, please use the "Contact Us" link on this webpage.

This years job fair will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at Rutgers School of Law-Newark. We use Symplicity to manage the Job Fair. You can register online using the instructions provided below for both existing and new system users. Please be sure to review and/or update contact information for yourself and your organization before submitting the registration.

Information for Employers

Existing Users (if you participated in the Job Fair in 2010 or 2011 you should already have an account in the system):

- Go to Symplicity (https://law-njlfg-csm.symplicity.com/employers/)
- Login. If you have forgotten your password, you can have a new one sent to you by clicking on the "Forgot my password" tab and entering your username (i.e., your full email address). If you have forgotten your username or have any trouble retrieving your password, please send an email to jobfair@njlawfirmgroup.org.
- Select the "OCI" tab on the Tool bar
- Click on the "Schedule Requests" tab, then "Request Schedule" button
- Complete the registration, and click the "Submit" button
- A Registration Confirmation of your participation in the Job Fair will be sent

**Please note that Schedule Requests will be approved only for employers whose New Jersey Law Firm Group dues are current.

New Users:

- Go to Symplicity (https://law-njlfg-csm.symplicity.com/employers/)
- Click on the "Register" tab, and complete the requested information
- Click the "Submit" button.

You will receive an e-mail confirming the registration,** and containing your personal login (complete e-mail address) and password. You may then return to the site, login, and follow the instructions above for current users.

**Please note that registrations will be approved only for employers whose New Jersey Law Firm Group dues are current.

This is a fantastic opportunity to apply to some of the leading law firms in the State. This year, the job fair will take place on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at Rutgers School of Law | Newark. Students who wish to participate in the NJLFG Job Fair must register via the NJLFG's Symplicity website by Friday, June 13, 2014 by 3:00 p.m.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUDENTS HOW TO REGISTER ON NJLFG's SYMPLICITY WEBSITE

To register, go to: https://law-njlfg-csm.symplicity.com/students

- Click on Register
- Complete the information requested on the Student Registration page
- Click Submit

Once submitted, you should receive the following message:

Your registration has been received. An email will shortly be sent to your email to verify validity of your email address. Once you receive the registration email, click on the link provided to confirm your registration. Registered students will be contacted via e-mail in June regarding NJLFG Symplicity log-in information, instructions on how to bid for employers, and additional details.
